Performance Management becomes a permanent topic in business world and theory circle as a company's grow and development management system of the enterprise strategy.Then,as the important intelligence resource and human resource,the professional manager has the vitally important responsibility to the company's survival and development.They have been attached more importance in how to be scientifically and effectively carried out the performance management.In the circumstance of global competition,the operation and management of business must combine with the multi-culture.This article starts from the theory of multi-culture difference and integration,analyzes the interaction between the multi-culture circumstance and professional manager.On this basis,through the integrated analysis for the theory of the dynamic evolution game,to get the effective factors and control measures of the culture circumstance's dynamic evolution;through the game analysis toward the owner of the company with principal-agency theory and the cross-cultural management of the professional manager,to get the necessity of setting up the model of performance management which under the multi-culture circumstance.Finally,take GuangDong Elecpro Ltd.,Co.as a sample to analyze the experience of performance management.This article mainly focuses on the establishment of the model for the professional manager's performance management under the multi-culture.It divides the model of the professional manager's performance management into 3 parts as the formation,the process and the time dimension,meanwhile discusses the multi-culture circumstance for 3 parts.The article analyses the professional manager' performance in ability,encourage,opportunity and circumstance four aspects,and discusses the influence degree of these factors toward the professional manager' performance;to discuss the process of the performance management in performance plan,performance advance,performance appraisal and performance feedback four parts,analyze the influence toward the procedure of the professional manager' performance management under the multi-culture circumstance;to start from the time effect of the performance management, discusses the influence to the professional manager's performance management of its three main factors under the multi-culture circumstance,the direction of the enterprise's strategy,reward/driven model and enterprise's business ethics.
