A Feasibility Study On The Epoxy Chloropropane Project Of 30,000 Tons Per Year In Shenxian County

Epoxy Chloropropane is mainly used to produce epoxide resin in China. Though the production of epoxide resin speeded up to 30% in recent years, the productive capacity is still increasing, which results in the fact that the total amount of it exceeds that of the needs in China. Most of the Epoxy Chloropropane used in China is imported from Japan, South Korea, Russia and Taiwan district. The results of the related study show that, in the following two years, the productive capacity of Epoxy Chloropropane can not meet the needs of the market, which explains why we attach great importance on the production of it.Based on the related theories, the study analyzed the feasibility of the project in Shenxian County and made a conclusion, which will help for other projects. In this research, many methods are applied throughout the investigation and evaluation of the project: literature research method, data analysis method, data prediction method, interview method, etc. In the feasibility study, we focus on the application of theoretical analysis and experiment, quantitative and qualitative study, data analysis and market survey, which would help to achieve a operative conclusion.The thesis is consisted of nine chapters. The first part, introduction, explains the background, the significance, the objectives, the methods used. The second part, theoretical basis, introduces the related theories. The third is a survey of the project. The fourth focuses on the evaluation of the influence of the project on the environment. The fifth studies the feasibility in the market. The sixth studies the feasibility in techniques and the feasibility of the construction of the project. The seventh studies the feasibility in finance. The eighth predicts the risks and proposes the countermeasures. The ninth makes a conclusion.
