But the research about the tourism endowment model and related theory progressed slowly in theoretical circles. It's very useful to enrich the research of old-age problem to appreciate the effect to economy and society. At the same time, to research of the key question and operating procedures of the tourism endowment destination development and to attempt to form scientific theoretical system not only provide important reference value, but also lead the public , especially the old people's, pension awareness to some extent.In this paper's foreword, the background of travel endowment , the related development and research status at home and abroad are to be expounded, and also the necessity and prospects of the research of tourism endowment destination development.Based on the tourism sociological theory of travel endowment, this paper defines and analysis related concepts of travel endowment, tourist destination and destination of travel endowment in Chapter II.From Chapter III to Chapter V, this paper preliminary analysis current travel endowment at home and abroad firstly. Then, based on supply and demand of old-age tourism market in our country, this paper analysis the feasibility and necessity of travel endowment, discusses the existing problem in the pension of tourism development model, especially the problem about regularity, and set up theoretical system of the development model of destination of travel endowment, using a variety of research methods, such as field reconnaissance method and social investigation. At last, this paper does empirical research on key problems and operating procedures of the Qiyunshan area, which develop into a destination of travel endowment. And in this part, this paper focuses on its design of tourism product, the construction of tourism image and marketing strategy, and tries to set up a more specific model of the development of destination of travel endowment.Tourism is an industry that needs more ideas.
