| As the important urban infrastructure, logistics center is playing a more and more important role for city development. It is extremely important for its planning and construction. At present, many logistic centers'construction take feasibility study seriously. While some logistic center face operation trouble after the completion due to the loss of feasibility evaluation before construction. At present, how to build the logistics center by taking scientific feasibility study is a urgent problem in the upsurge of logistic center construction.First of all,this paper reviews the evaluation system of feasibility study and points out the existing main problems in present domestic logistics centers. Secondly, this paper makes a detailed explanation of the concept of value analysis and discriminates several collateral confusing terms,like the value analysis , value manament and value.engineering. This is the basis to take feasibility study.Then through the analysis of factors involved in logistics center construction and operation , the paper constructs a set of suitable logistic center comprehensive feasibility evaluation index system. According to the comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of logistics center,it make a choose in so many evaluation methods. Considering the weight of subjectivity of index used in value management evaluation method , Therefore this paper uses the entropy weight method to process. Finally, it takes a comprehensive evaluation to the ZhongHan logistics center by using the index system and the evaluation model constructed before to verify the validity of the method. |
