Government procurement is a general term which includes acts of government procurement policy, procurement methods and procurement management. In China government procurement has made remarkable achievements, but has faced with the problem of deficient supervision mechanism in government procurement.In this article the government procurement has been viewed as a project management. From the project scope, project life cycle, project stakeholder relationship between the project and the project supports the key to the five respective measures of the government procurement project ,this article has built the monitoring mechanism, a set of supervisory procedures in government procurement of Baoding'project.. This article also discussed the project on Government Procurement Performance Assessment Model to embody the operation of supervision mechanism, as well as a specific project in government procurement empirical analysis.
