In this paper,the use of game theory to the study on strategic choice of Mergers and Acquisitions. First of all,on the basis of the strategic management theory and the Mergers and Acquisitions theory evolution,the problem of the practical application was made in strategic choice of Mergers and Acquisitions,and then the game theory was introduced to mergers and acquisitions in the strategic choice model.Secondly,preliminary build the signaling model in the search phase,the anti-merger model and the transaction negotiation model in the consultation transactions phase,then in-depth analyse the strategic choice of Mergers and Acquisitions action.Finally,respectively,the use of Coca-Cola merger Huiyuan,Snda merger Sina,Lenovo merger IBM global PC business to verify the model.The study employed the means of integrating theories with practices,quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,and combined the use of literature search,model research,case studies,etc.to start.Through a systematic and comprehensive study,the following basic conclusions were drawn.Forest,1.Application of the signaling model has the best strategy was choose in the Mergers and Acquisitions search phase.2.Application of the anti-merger model will enhance the awareness of anti-merger and the establishment of early warning mechanism.3.Application of the transaction negotiation model will enable the two sides return to a balanced transaction price in the consultation transactions phase,so as to determine the appropriate price theory-based.4.Application of some typical case analysis verified the feasible and practical of model.Thus,the strategic choice model of Mergers and Acquisitions provided more abundant information for decision makers and participators,and was an effective evaluation technique and strategic choice management tool that help to solution the strategic choice model of Mergers and Acquisitions related issues. |
