With a highly developed global productivity and the dramatic increase in product range, consumers are doing the trade-offs at the time of purchasing from various aspects. While the manufacturers and vendors are distressed for a large number of stock funds occupied by such a variety of goods. Taking the appropriate method of inventory management through proper inventory control methods in the product categories in more details to reduce inventory costs effectively is very important to the enterprise.The paper is on the matching of supply chain strategy and competitive strategy, and this is the theoretical basis for this paper, because this is the overall objective to seek the guidance of a specific operation of the stock-control methods, to achieve a high degree of mutual business strategy to match the integration in order to achieve the objectives of the competitiveness of enterprises. The traditional inventory control methods to analyze comparative study, pointing out that its shortcomings and the corresponding improvement strategy. Upbuild a model under the conditions of random demand and order leadtime. Use time-series method to predict sales and compare the results of the three methods so as to forecast the sales number more accurately to reduce uncertainty in the supply chain. More precise prediction can be made in the design stage through the life-cycle proliferation model.
