| Distribution system is considered as a basic economic system and an essential measure to adjust social interests and relationship, which determines the fulfillment and degree of fulfillment of people's interests.Our distribution system has experienced three developing stages,from distribution in equalitarianism to distribution according to one's performance,then to mainly distributing according to one's performance with the coexistence of diverse forms of distribution.The current distribution system stimulates the enthusiasm of people for production and promotes the speedy development of economy.Meanwhile,affected by the uneven development of system in transforming period and value judgment in national economic reform process,there are some unjust factors which are the profound reason of unjust distribution of society and result in a strong appeal for reform.Because the reform of any system should follow certain value judgment,only the adherence of right value system can ensure the righteousness of system.The paper starts with the analysis of idea of distribution justice,then point out that we should root the juristic conception of distribution justice in our reform according to the request of law and strong desire of society and we should carry out the basic principle of law for distribution justice,namely the unification of liberation and equality and the unification of efficiency and fairness,besides,the paper also come up with some feasible juristic policy to perfect our distribution system,further adjust national economic developing strategy,balance the development in city and rural area and development in different geographic area.On the other hand,we need to the eliminate such rules of unfair income system to promote fair competition,motivate the reform in property regulation to achieve the equality of righteousness in distribution,establish a sound social system to protect the interests of disadvantage group and perfect income system by making full use of regulation of tax. |
