Theory Of The Non-separable Agricultural Household

Agricultural household is not only a producer but also a consumer. Agricultural household's consumption behavior affect its production behavior, in reverse, Agricultural household's production behavior also affect its consumption behavior. A series of theories that both agricultural household's consumption behavior and its production behavior influence mutually are called theory of the non-separabal agricultural household in this paper. Traditional micro-economy circulating picture can not reflect the non-separable agricultural househould comprehensively. The original thinking in this paper is to introduce agricultural household into the picture above, which is namely new bird's eye picture. As agricultural household seek for maxmization of utility given a constraint of production revenue, or seek for maxmization of production given a constraint of minimal utility, according to the idea this paper use optimal analysis to study agricultural household's consumption behavior and its production behavior respectively in typically different way of papers concerning the topic before. Then the dynamic analysis are made, and the agricultural household indivisibility hypothesis are obtained. Finally a summary about the theory is stated and several subjects which can be further studied are listed.The finding indicates that there indeed exists the mutual-influence relations between the agricultural household's consumer behavior and the production behavior, which can be reflected by AP-NQ curve, R-NQ curve, w-NQ curve and i-NQ curve. And it is infered, if the agricultural household satisfies the condition of t-1-period consumption affected by its t-period production, simultaneously, he or she satisfies the condition of t-period production affected by its t-period consumption, then this kind of agricultural household strictly has the non-separable characteristic, and its survival path can be developed in a stable production level and consumption level.
