In last 20 years,China economy has occurred huge change.Because the press of lack energy sources continuously increase and the bottle-neck problem of social development progressively severe,the structure of industry needed urgently adjust.Thereinto,electro-industry has achieved certain production scale and became the largest family appliances production and consumption country following its rapid and lasting development in these years.China has came into the flood tide of discard as useless family appliances from 2003.Electronic product has some character as:distributing extensive , replace speed quickly , technology content high ,environment-polluting serious,reused resources abundant and so on.If they are not disposed properly,our living environment will be polluted and many resources that can be reused will be wasted.The meaning of Venous Industry is reuse resources,in order to the aim of economize resources and protect environment.Venous Industry connect the head and tail of traditional"linear economy".It is the bridge what facilitate"linear economy"change to"circular economy".Venous Industry is an effective approach to solve the problem of lack resources and environment-polluting,also is the necessary choice to develop circular economy and establish conservation-oriented society.This paper based on the theory of venous industry and circular economy,and then mainly researches the representative problem of recycling disposal of electronic waste in Venous Industry developing.This thesis advanced primary concepts of construction of recycling logistics system of electronic waste in Dalian.Based on these concepts,a recycling logistics model of electronic waste suitable Dalian's Venous Industry developing was designed,thoroughly analysed and discussed every link's structure and function in the model and the connection between them and also forecast the amount about electronic waste in Dalian every year.At the end,the thesis drew four conclusions on the construction of recycling logistics system of electronic waste in Dalian,which laid a foundation for solve the problem of electronic waste quickly in Dalian.
