Based on the financial crisis recently and the facts of management of hot money in China, this thesis researches the defects of the system of the management of hot money in China, used the methods of empirical,induction,contrast etc,and provides some solutions for them.At first,this thesis reviews the recent situation of the research of hot money at home and abroad,such as the causes,the instability,and the supervision of hot money,and then emphasizes on why the nations need to supervise hot money.About this question,we research from the theory of money crisis and the history of supervision of hot money,and we get that after every crisis there would be a time for the nation to supervise their financial system more strict,and while their economy expands quickly,such supervision would block it,then the nation would relax their supervision of the financial system,this would make the nation ignore the risks in their economy,and lead to the next crisis.The process will be circled.At the third part of this thesis,we research the experiences and the lessons in America represented developed countries and Chile represented developing countries.We wish to research these two countriesas the two stages of a country's development.And at the fourth part,we research the situation in China.We get the trend of hot money in China through researching the data of recent years,and this trend give us the background to study the supervise of hot money in China.Then we study the facts which could influence the flow of hot money,such as exchange rate,interest rates,assets price,and economic fundamentals,and so on.Such studies lay a good foundation for the next research of supervise of hot money in China.And at the end of this part,the thesis studies the history and the deficiency of supervise of hot money in China,and we get that the system of supervise of financial in China needs to improve while the economic develops,At the last part,we give some advices that how to complete the system of supervise of hot money,how to complete assessorial systems,and what emergency measures to build.
