Study On Construction And Innovation Of Modern Rural Financial System In China

The rural financial system reform has experienced the evolution of complex policy Since 30 years' reform and opening up,but so far it still is the very weak link of the entire rural reform and development.At present,the rural reform and development has entered a new stage of institutional innovation.Accelerating the pace of financial reform in rural areas and building a modern rural financial system have become the important topic in next reform of rural areas.Based on this background,this paper studies mainly on reform and innovation of modern rural financial system in China.First giving an overview of the development of rural finance theory,then defining the basic concepts,namely financial and financial system,rural financial system and modern rural financial system,meanwhile, we have reviewed the research progress of rural financial system in domestic and foreign literature.On this basis,in-depth analyses the evolution,problem and the reasons of China's rural financial system in 30 years.Finally,learning from the rural financial system development experience of the United States,Japan,Bangladesh,it gives the advices about construction and innovation on modern rural financial system,that is,build a full sense of the modern rural financial system from six areas(the rural financial organizational system, the policy support system for rural finance,rural financial services system,rural financial regulatory system,rural financial security system and rural financial system)...
