The Scientometrics Analysis Of Management Study In Liaoning Province Based On CSSCI

The management study plays an important role when Liaoning Province reviving the old industrial base and building a harmonious society.To grasp the situation of Liaoning Province timely and accurately,identify management study in Liaoning effectively,discern the strength of management study in Liaoning Province.These ways has important theoretical value and practical significance for the future strategic layout of management study and improving the quality of research in Liaoning Province.The scientometrics analysis of disciplines study is the need of economy & society development and disciplines development.Meanwhile,one important research domain of the information science and science of science is the scientometrics analysis of disciplines.Hence, it has the strong significance of methodology and value of policy.This paper uses the scientometrics method and compiles the program by computer to process the data from the document items,cited-documents then the program can display the item's co-occurrence matrix. The paper focus on the indicators of scientometrics,uses mapping knowledge domain and information visualization to analyze the development of management study in Liaoning Province.First,the paper completely analyses the prolific authors,the collaboration network, cooperation degree & cooperation rate,organization distribution,provinces cooperation,cited papers,cited authors,cited journals and foundation support base on 1994 papers about management study in Liaoning Province that included in Chinese Social Science Citation Index during 1998-2007.Then the paper shows the development of management study in Liaoning Province in all domains,provides a reference for correlational study.Second,the paper uses content analysis method based on word frequency analysis and mapping knowledge domain and information visualization to show the research hotspots domain of management study in Liaoning Province and China.Analyzing 1994 papers about management study in Liaoning Province and 17981 papers about management study in China that all included in CSSCI,drawing the co-word map to identify the main research hotspots of management study in Liaoning Province and China.So the paper draws the conclusion that there are seven author cooperation groups in management field of Liaoning Province,between Liaoning Province and Beijing has the highest cooperation frequency,Karl Marx,Zhang Weiying,Liu Zeyuan,Chen Changshu,Wang Zhongtuo etal are the high frequency cited authors of Management in Liaoning Province,the emphasis and difficulty of management study in Liaoning are business management and knowledge management,innovation is the most concern theme for management scholars in China etal.
