The Study On The Orgenization Model Of Agricultural Industralization "Enterprise+Peasant Household"

As the accelerating development of market of China, conflicts between farmers of small scales and big markets have been a key factor constraining agricultural development. Agriculture's industrialization leads a way to solve this problem. The model "enterprise + peasant household", which is regarded as the main pattern in agriculture's industrialization, takes a great role in promoting agriculture's industrialization.This article discusses the positive role the model of "enterprise + peasant household" takes in promoting agriculture's industrialization, increasing the farmer's income, enhancing the competitive force of our agricultural products in international markets and leading the adjustment of agricultural structure, etc. As years'development of the "enterprise + peasant household" model, it's contents and patterns changes continually and have gone through four stages. From the view of present model, It shows disadvantages as following: breaches of contracts as a result of coupling mechanism, disproportionate profits distribution and risk taken, small enterprise scale, low-level management and insufficient driven force; Farmers are lack of operational knowledge, which makes inefficient operation of the model. To solve these problems, game theory and information economics is used to research them theoretically as a support of improvement suggestions. From the status quo of agricultural development in our country, the "Enterprise + Peasant Household" model will still keep existing and developing as a main model in a long time. Therefore studying the problems on the model is valuable for the healthy development of agriculture's industrialization. The improvement of the model is on the basis of the development of the coupling mechanism of companies and householders which asks the establishment of relevant law and regulations as well as the practice of public service, such as the development of agricultural science, the perfection of law, the creation of agricultural economic system, the implementation of agricultural information system and the indirect macro-control of government. Moreover, for the long run, the model of the "Enterprise + Peasant Household"is improved by increasing the support in fund, skill and people to Dragon-headed enterprises, enhancing the investment in country education, improving farmers'integrated qualifications, especially the operational ability. And as a result to strengthen its effects in agriculture's industrialization and be prepared to solve the agriculture, countryside, peasant's question in China.
