Study On Law System Of Insurance Supervision

Insurance has close relations with economic development and life of people ,which is a stable machine of the society .The world pays attention to the development of China's insurance with high speed .Under these circumstances ,original insurance supervision legal system can't accord with the insurance development .The whole legal system of insurance supervision is not perfect ,though the legal system is developing on a large scale .Because of its conflicts ,the implementation of the system is difficult .There is no systematic legal systems, which can't conform to the demands of effective supervision .The article analyses the problems of the insurance supervision ,learning foreign advanced experience ,and puts forward with some specific suggestions on how to perfect the legal system of insurance supervision .The article is composed of five chapters:Chapter1:Summarization about insurance supervision, the chapter mainly discussed the basic theory of insurance supervision, the concept, the goal, the principles, the methods of the insurance supervision. The article affirmed the indispensability and the importance of insurance supervision, which provides the basis of theory.Chapter 2, Developed countries systems of insurance supervision and references. The chapter revealed the trend and the differences through the research on insurance supervision on American, Britain, Germany, and Japan.Chapter 3, Status quo and problems on insurance supervision. The chapter mainly talked about the status quo and pointed ort the problems from three aspects.Chapter 4, Suggestions on how to perfect legal system. The chapter has two parts. The first part puts forward with specific suggestions, especially legislation perfection. The second part raises some points in accord with Chapter 3, including paying ability, insurance investment of the supervision.Chapter 5, Developing trend of international insurance supervision and adapting of our country. The chapter puts forwards with some transitional suggestion pointing to the present situation. And discusses the developing trend of international supervision of insurance.In a word, the article made primary research and discussion in systematic, contrastive methods. The article tries to benefit to the basic theory and the legal system reformation.
