In 2007,"South China Karst" became China's first bundle-type world heritage. "China Danxia" is the 2009 world natural heritage nomination and is expected to become the second one.Now we confront a tremendous challenge that how to manage bundle-type world heritages and how to coordinate the interests of all stakeholders. In this study, the first thing is to define bundle-type world heritage and make a summary of China's current bundle-type world heritage. Then the characteristics of bundle-type world heritage are analyzed, including the differences between bundled nomination and single nomination, the common interests and constraints of local governments, the effects and form of tourism market development.Furthermore, the study analyzes the national park management model of western countries and listed several heritage management cases, especially the case of American national heritage corridor. It also contrasts three possible options of management models and their advantages and disadvantages under China's current management system.Based on the above analysis, combined with the results of expert interview,it puts forward that the most sensible approach was to establish a bundle-type world heritage management committee which is leaded by Ministry of Construction and composed of all departments involved, including these functions: raising capital, planning and coordination, supervision, etc. The problems that how to strengthen domestic and international cooperation,as well as how to realize economic, social and environmental effects are important. The conclusion of the study proves the specificity of bundle-type world heritage and is considered as the most ideal choice in this stage. To some extent, the management model also applies to other types of serial heritage. It will be of some practicality to China's world heritage management.
