The Study On Optimizing China's Foreign Trade Structure To Promote Ecological Civilization

In recent years,with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,China's merchandise exports have been expanding,ever-changing structure of export commodities,exports of manufactured goods has steadily grown,which in recent years mainly due to resource consumption and environmental pollution in the cost of export the rapid development of industry.This extensive in China,the export of high consumption model,although greatly promoted the growth of trade and strong economic growth driven by China,but also accompanied by serious environmental pollution and ecological damage,and with the international market,energy supply the growing tension,as well as the rapid expansion of domestic manufacturing industries brought about by increased energy demand,energy and environmental constraints have become the bottleneck of China's foreign trade growth.This is contrary to civilization and the ecological requirements of the purposes and is not conducive to building a harmonious socialist society.Therefore,China should be combined with energy and the actual situation of the ecological environment of China's trade structure adjustment.In this paper,by analyzing the status of the commodity structure of foreign trade resulted in trade structure of China's existing labor-intensive products,a larger proportion of manufactured goods and so on.In the trade structure of China's energy consumption for the analysis,come to the existing trade structure of China's consumption is a lot of energy and resources,does not help the realization of the objectives of saving energy and reducing consumption;in the industrial pollution in China's trade measure emissions research-based,come to China's existing export trade is paying a heavy environmental price.This article also measured in the export trade during this period caused by environmental pollution and environmental costs of the transfer phenomenon,the developed countries to draw on China's transfer of environmental costs is a serious problem,which is caused by deterioration of the ecological environment of China's an important reason.Based on the above analysis in this article made from the three levels of China' s trade structure adjustment methods:the establishment of the trade structure of ecological civilization;to adjust the structure of foreign trade goods,to develop 1 ow energy consumption and the burden on the environment can promote employ ment in small trade in services;trade enterprises to achieve environmental cost internalization and recycling economic development,and gradual transformation of trade,development of green trade and green marketing,green bypassing barriers to trade;the Government should use the macro-control means to regulate the use of tax leverage trade industries,and gradually improve the environment barrier s to reduce the environmental costs of the transfer occurred.
