There are many factors that affect brand loyalty and they are very complex,brand experience is one of the most important factor.This article is to examine the brand experience for the impact of brand loyalty,the current design of some research experience is limited to the scholars to discuss the design of good experience which can lead to loyalty,experience and brand loyalty when the specific relationship between the wait is not fully understood or tested.To experience an accurate measurement of the difficulty of their particular existence,because experience is an inherently emotional and personal thing,it's a number of factors should not be a good marketing and management control,such as cultural background based on personal reactions to situations,prior experience,emotional and other factors.At present,only a small number of empirical studies of the article discusses the experience and the relationship between brand loyalty,consider experience as a conditioning variable on the variables involved in satisfaction and brand loyalty and the relationship between the impact.Brand experience as a consumer brand perception and learning are brand impression in the consumer mind set up a strategy.Brand experience can be divided into sensory experience, emotional experience,consider experience,operations experience and related experience,such as five.This is also divided into five kinds of experience of brand management strategy mode.This study focused on five brand experience is the brand loyalty has a significant impact,as well as the five must exist between the experience of interaction.For a variety of practical business experience with the provision of theoretical support.In this study,empirical research methods to the study of e-commerce website,through the study of e-commerce website customers to know the brand and the relationship between customers and the customers know the website was on brand experience,and then to explore both the the relationship between e-commerce website I think is a variety of experience to provide a platform for one of its e-commerce website itself has a well-known brand,the brand loyalty is generally more obvious,it is a good study.Through data analysis,we can draw the following conclusions:1.Brand of personal experience in the sensory experience and emotional experience,as well as the brand experience to share experiences on the relevance of brand loyalty has a significant impact, and the experience and consider action to experience no significant impact.2.Brand experience which part of the combination between the dimensions of brand loyalty with the interaction of various dimensions.3.Although brand experience of the other combinations between the dimensions at the time the impact of brand loyalty in this study found no interaction with,but in reality if the appropriate mix should be able to play each other to promote interaction.
