| The system of the urban power networks that is very important not only for ensuring safety and stabilization of power networks,but also for promoting social stability and economic development.The paper introduces the theory of crisis management and the major safety management of power supply firstly.Then the theory,Present Situation,risk factors and consumer classification are discussed.The emergency management system of the urban power supply which conclude the prevention,preparation,response and restoration are mainly studied.Finally,the emergency management cases of"the Olympics safe power supply"and"the Southern Snow-disaster"are studied and the relevant countermeasures for power emergency management are suggested. |
