Our nation's medium and small-sized enterprises' advantages are obvious , and the effect is enormous, but they are in "the strong effect but weak position" situation at present, the medium and small-sized enterprises commonly existed the problems of short lifespan and weak competitive capability. For the purpose of breaking the growing bottleneck, and through the changing of growth path to make the medium and small-sized enterprises strengthen their competition , then gaining persisting growth, this thesis bring forward the medium and small-sized enterprises' transmutation growing pattern. In the studying process, insist on integrating theoretical analysis and reality surveying, integrating qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis ,in addition adding case analysis method and system analysis method, then obtains medium and small-sized enterprises' transmutation growing up theory. The theory absorb transmutation theory's core idea, combining with enterprise lifespan theory and dynamic ability theory, then raise a theory of the medium and small-sized enterprises' growing. At last at the base of the theory builds a model of the medium and small-sized enterprises' growth, the model takes inside resources and outside environments into account, and takes the transmutation growing theroy as basis, takes enterprise lifespan as main line, using of building and carrying dynamic ability to make enterprise gaining persisting competitive advantage,then achieving persisting growth.
