The Development Strategy Research Of Science And Technologyunder Fianacial Crisis

Financial globalization has exacerbated the global financial turmoil when it is promote the global economy into a flourishing vision. Since the 90's of the 20th Century, along with the extensive application of new scientific and technological revolution in particular, science, technology and financial close contact with an unprecedented combination. The possibility of financial crisis worsening in China due to the continuous advancement of Science and Technology of China and the increase of integration into the world economy. It has important theoretical value and practical significance to systematically studied how develop the science and technology in the current financial crisis in depth, and response and prevention of financial crisis successfully with scientific and technological means.In this paper, by analyzing the relationship between the technology and financial capital, pointed out that there are subtle differences between the technology and financial capital in different stages of development of the technology, and the interaction of science, technology and financial capital is not static. At the same time, this paper also make a serious study of a special period of the financial capital- the period of financial crisis, the relationship of science, technology and financial crisis. Point our that for the development of science and technology, the financial crisis is a challenge but also an opportunity, technology should be bear the brunt of break away from financial crisis and the realization the health and orderly development of socio-economic.Since reform and opening up, China's science and technology develop steadily, financial reform step by step, more than 30 years, China has not experienced the financial crisis when the world's major developed countries and some emerging countries encountered the problems of financial crisis, only the Southeast Asian financial crisis in 1997 caused some impacts to China, because of the greater efforts in China's financial control and the combination of the world's financial markets has not close enough. So, relatively speaking, China lack of experience to deal with financial crisis, in this paper, the author studied the science and technology strategy in the different period of the financial crisis and some changes of other areas in community of the four main national through the form of the other countries, with a view to respond from the current financial crisis to China.Through research on these issues,this article analyzes the current financial crisis'impact on China and the world, and learn from foreign experience, and in accordance with the current situation and China's national conditions, a targeted response to the current financial crisis should be taken of our S&T strategy. Hope that we can provide a strategy to deal with current financial crisis, even after the outbreak of the financial crisis and promote the entire community, including technology, health, sustainable development.
