The Auto specialty-division is more grow. The Auto OEMs more concerns their key competitive power. The integrative JIT supply-chain management (SCM) from top to bottom becomes the mainstream in global market. More the OEMs would like to order the components and raw material from the independent supplier. Facing the outside which with client center and rapidly variation and drastically competition. And facing the inside which lots of produce function is high flow. The supply-chain management (SCM) and the business process reengineering (BPR) is two management modes which improves the competitive power of the domestic auto-part suppliers.This study adopts the two methods that are antitheses analyzing and case analyzing. Firstly contrast the difference from the JIT supply-chain management and the tradition management and answer why the domestic auto-part suppliers need adapt the JIT supply-chain management. Secondly analyze the reason that the XX pressing-parts plant need rebuild their business process base on JIT supply-chain management.Finally analyze the customary business process of the XX pressing-parts plant. And systemize study the material BPR process base on JIT supply-chain management. Then analyze the BPR performance and put my conclusion.
