Corporation Merge and Acquisition (M&A) has a hundred years history in foreign country and has formed a matured system. In recent years, there is a great development of M&A in china. Many experts forecast that it will play a very important part in china future economy. Many experts pay lot attentions on the results of M&A of Chinese enterprise, and do some research from different aspects. But the most key point is making financial feasibility analysis before the investment is done. This job can tell us which project is worth to invest, how much return we can get, how long it will take before we get back our pay. It includes lots of many complicated factors needed to be considered. It will decide the final result of a M&A project. But in our country, there are many problems in this job and even ignore the necessary of it.This article will research the change and the develop trend of the financial index of the company after the M&A. Then we will get some knowledge of the performance of our enterprises' M&A. Face to the fact that almost companies performed badly, we should notice the importance of the financial feasibility analysis. I will do a father research of the question about it and give out a relative suggestion.There are 5 chapters totally as follows: the fist chapter is preamble, which includes the background and objective, methods of this thesis. The second chapter is about the theory of M&A financial feasibility analysis, and its differences from normal feasibility analysis. Chapter 3 is about the demonstration of the performance of our listing companies' M&A. Chapter 4 is research the present method of our companies in M&A financial feasibility analysis and its deficiency. In the final chapter, I will give some personal opinion about improvement.
