Cooperation Of The Capital Markets Of Mainland China, Hong Kong And Taiwan

Guided by historical materialism and dialectical materialism,from the status quo of the cooperation of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan,in this thesis the obstacle,opportunity,development trend and implement measure of this cooperation is studied,utilizing comprehensively the theories of Regional Economics,International Finance,Financial Marketing and Occidental Economics and concluding an assumption on the future development of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan.The thesis is organized like this:Chapter one is an introduction,where the research motivation and purpose and the concept of capital market are given,the research scope and literature review are also mentioned.In chapter two the theories about the cooperation of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan are discussed and the significance of this thesis is also explained in some sense.Chapter three is a hierarchical study on the developing situation of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan,discussing the specific features, advantages and weaknesses of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan by some comparative analysis.Chapter four is an adequate presentation of the current results of the cooperation of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan,describing the status quo of this cooperation overall.Chapter five is drawing a conclusion from analyzing the obstacles in the cooperation of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan:some obstacles exist in the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan about the policy,legal system and capital market system.The opportunities of the cooperation of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan are also analyzed. Chapter six is studying on the cooperation model and the content of future cooperation of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan, probing into the cooperation model options on the supervision,bond market and stock market of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan.In chapter seven the cooperation measures of the cooperation of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan are programmed.It is suggested to advance the cooperation of the capital markets of Mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan by stages from the easy to the complicated,starting from the infrastructure construction for the cooperation,to propel the demonstration projects gradually.The final conclusion is summarized in chapter eight.
