| The influence of capital structure to company performance lies in that the company influences the efficiency of company management by capital structure, and then affects the company performance. By analyzing the influence of China's automobile manufacturing industry listed companies'capital structure on companies'performance through the use of Panel Data fixed effects model, I can ultimately give some suggestions about perfecting the capital structure of China's automobile manufacturing industry listed companies. Provide the basis for optimizing the capital structure of China's automobile manufacturing industry listed companies and improve company performance. The main contents of this article are as follows:Chapter one, the objective, significance, literature review, frame structure, ways of the research, and innovation of the thesis.Chapter two, the course of development of Western Capital Structure Theory, the review of three key development stages of Capital Structure Theory and the representative theory of each stage.Chapter three, the introduction of the characteristics of China's automobile manufaeturing industry and the characteristics of capital structure of China's automobile manufacturing industry listed companies.Chapter four, give the empirical analysis about the relationship between the capital structure of China's automobile manufacturing industry listed companies and company performance. First, select the evaluation index and samples and make the descriptive statistics according to the selected sample data. And then raise the hypothetical proposition. At last test the proposition by use of Panel Data model and give corresponding interpretation.Chapter five, empirical analysis conclusions are given. We can finally give some suggestions for optimizing the capital structure of China's automobile manufacturing industry listed companies and improving their performance. |
