A Study On Threshing And Redrying Project Technology Innovation Management Pattern Of The Hui-feng Company

This aticle researched about the technology innovation management of threshing and redrying. Starting with the invstigation of technology innovation activities in the company,and by analyzing technology innovation background of the company,the necessity and the feasibility of technology innovation strategy was studyed.Based on annalyzing factoers including management fund,team, decision,organization,mechanism and so on,the technology innovation management pattern of hui-feng company was established.After vertification of the technology innovationv pattern by National Tobacco Bureau,and through evaluating opration of the pattern,the effectiveness and science of the pattern were proved.The article was mainly divided into seven parts:Firstly,the background and significence of the study was introduced.At present,the monopoly priority of tobacoo industy decreased,so the establishment of technology innovation management pattern had improtance for technology innovation activities and procssing quality of threshing and redrying tobacco.Secondly,the theory origin and connotation of technology innovation management were showed, based on that,the project and pattern of technology innovation management were studyed further,the nature and choice of technology innovation strategy were commentted briefly.Thirdly,the situation of technology innovation management was investigated,present situation of Shandong hui-feng tobacco limited company was showed,and the problems about technology innovation management were studyed,the posibility and necessity of implementing technology innovation management were annalyzed.Fourthly,the construction of technology innovation management pattern was showed.Combined with the situation of hui-feng company,the priciples to follow about technology innovation management pattern were determined.The application of principles including processing innovation, progressive innovation and technology innovation was suitable by project to the reality of hui-feng company.The technology innovation management pattern of hui-feng company was analyzed synthetically from fund,team,mechanisum,deternination and organization,based on that,the construction of technological innovation management was proposed,starting with project orgnization pattern,technology innovation pattern,project management pattern,project evaluation pattern.Fifthly,technology innovation management pattern constucted of hui-feng conpany was vertified by practice.The project "the threshing and redrying technology innovation and the optimization" of National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau belonged to seven plus two projects,popularized and applied mainly by National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau,processing technical parameters of threshing and redryding tobacco were opitinized and combined,new processing concept,reasonable combination of processing parameters,method and index of evaluating process qaulity were proposed.So the technical progress of threshing and redrying tobacco was promoted.Relying on the project,the technology innovation management of threshing and redrying tobacco was analyzed sysmatically and standardized scientifically,which was a kind of trial,a kind of innovation for hui-feng company.The reconstruction of technology innovation management pattern of hui-feng company guaranteed the implementation of the project smooothly,and gained better effect.Sixthly,the method of after project evaluating was used to evaluate the technology innovation management pattern and vertify its risibility and effectiveness,manly from following aspects: economic benefit,technical optimization,technical progress.Seventhly,result and prospect were showed.It was necessary way to establish a kind of effective mechanism of technology innovation management for hui-feng company development.How to manage the technical innovation of threshing and redrying tobacco effectvly was the problem solved urgently.Combined what was studyed above,the preliminary framework of technology innovation management for threshing and redrying tobacco was formed;the main reseach results in this article were summarized,which provided refernce and learning to technology innovation management for threshing and redrying tobacco company.
