Research On Financial Distress Early Warning Of Qinhuangdao Yaohua Glass Co., Ltd

In this article we first reviewed the research on theory of financial distress at home and abroad, and then carried out case study on the specific financial distress of the Yaohua Glass Co.Ltd.By the means of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis we thoroughly analysised the reasons, signs and formative processes of the financial distress of Yaohua Glass. On this basis, we consulted the Three-factor model of financial distress(established by Bing-Cheng Li),and combined reasons and time of the formation of financial distress, summed up the factors of the formation of financial plight of listed companies, set up a Three Factors--Four Stages Model which can effectively describe and summarize the general course of the formation of the listed companies' financial distresss.According to this model, we analysised the internal and external causes, symptoms, development stage of the financial distress of YaoHua Class Co.Ltd in detail.We summarized experiences and lessons of the case of financial distress of Yaohua Glass in this paper,aimming at the particular practice in our country, we put forward some sound advices on the financial distress of listed companies, and we also hope readers will get inspiration and reference from this paper in deal with how to prevent and deal with financial distress.
