The Strategy Research And The Influence Research Of Fuel Price's Rise To The Road Transportation

At present, the total of automobile transportation has already over 10 million in China. Freight and passenger transportation rely on greatly petrol and diesel, continuously rise of oil product price obviously increased the operating costs of transportation companies and it brings pressure on the operation of enterprises, and the economic interests that originally belonged to the road transportation are shifted to other transportation modes such as railway, waterway etc.,have further compressed the living space of the road transportation. The influence of oil price's rise to the road transportation and countermeasures is researched. And it has an important theoretical significance and practical value in steadying the road transportation market's order, impelling the sustainable development of the road transportationIn this paper, the road transportation is the object of study. This paper analyzes the oil price's rise that brings the various influxes on the road transport, and then studies the ways to deal with the transportation of fuel prices on a comprehensive strategy. This article first studies the formative mechanism of oil price, and concludes: the first, oil demand is more and more growing; the second, because the oil belongs to non-renewable resources, the future price trend is going up. Then the paper analyzes the fuel price's rise bring the positive effects to the road transportation such as the effects of market competition and the negative effects such as the development of the road transportation weak and so on. Then this dissertation research that the oil price, freight rate linkage model and the scheme is constructed. Based on these conclusions, from the passenger traffic industry of the road, road freight transportation industry and department of trade three aspects, road transportation cope the countermeasures on the rise of fuel price is researched, studied the rising range of fuel price and linkage of relevant countermeasure ,this used utilized attribute measure models. According to degree of rise of fuel price, road transportation practitioner can adopt the proper tactics.
