The Conflicts Between The Implement Of NFPP And The Stakeholder

The Natural Forest Protection Program was initiated in 2000 in China.While the Program has achieved good results since it was started,the conflict between ecological construction and economic development at a certain stage is a common.This situation is no exception in china.In china,after implementing NFPP,state,local governments,forestry companies,enterprises,rural collective,foresters subject to different degrees of negative impact.These are the main stakeholder which this paper will talk about.These impacts cannot be resolved and they rise to a conflict,the conflict will impact the implement of NFPP at the same time.So we must analysis of conflict and its cause,effectively address and handle these conflicts to protect natural resources and people's normal life.This paper use one of starting point of ecological economic research which is using platform for stakeholder to participate in.Though the analyses of impacts of state,state-owned forest,collective forest separately and the introduction of the definition of stakeholder,I found the stakeholder in NFPP region.To solve the problem,this paper analyzes the conflict in NFPP region from the perspective of the definition and process of conflict.At last,this paper proposes solutions for each stakeholder.
