In the Chinese E-commerce market,C2C e-commerce is showing a strong momentum of development in 2008.With a breakthrough of hundreds of billions of dollars in Chinese network-purchasing market,C2C e-commerce has become an important component of the domestic retail market.Especially in the large context of the financial crisis,C2C e-commerce is also have a whole profound impact on Chinese economy.But at the same time,the credit model of C2Ce-commerce is based on the Web site business model.All the added features,such as the non-face-to-face transactions,the payment and receipt separation in time and space,lead in the breach of trust and tendentious speculation.Therefore,in the new network environment situation,we need to do more in-depth and extensive research on Chinese C2C e-commerce credit management,with a view to providing more scientific and rational theory reference for Chinese C2C e-commerce credit management practices.This thesis is divided into five parts:the first part,through the analysis of the current situation of Chinese C2C e-commerce,this thesis put forward the significance of this research topic;reviewing the related domestic and foreign research results,forming the idea formation and innovation of this thesis;the second part explaining the basic content of the C2C e-commerce,credit and credit management,expounding the present credit issue and its characterization under the Chinese C2C e-commerce environment;comprehensively analyses the impact factors of the Chinese C2C e-commerce development,the major C2C e-commerce credit model,advancing the implementation neediness for the Chinese C2C e-commerce credit management;the third part,based on McKnight's e-commerce model of relations and trust,this thesis set forward the two aspects of credit management:on one hand, improving the current credit rating system,on the other hand,establishing a credit management system on all fronts;expounding the credit evaluation system principle, indicators,rules;integrating the current credit evaluation model for C2C e-commerce and madding a modifying recommendations of the existing evaluation model;the fourth part, from technical,legal,and third-party platform monitoring,formal education,etc.This thesis raising specific implementation recommendations for credit management system; the fifth part,madding some general references on Chinese current focal point on credit management of C2C e-commer ce;explaining the limitations of this article,and putting forward outlook for the future credit management research of C2C e-commerce.
