Study On Feasibility Of Developing Creative Industries In Huizhou City And Counter Measures

Developed countries and regions,where cultural creative industries originated from,are the most developed and active places of cultural creative industries throughout the world.Shown by the economic development practice of cities of the developed countries in the developed world,creative economy has gradually become the important impetus to upgrade the city's industrial structure,to uplift the comprehensive competitiveness,to increase employment and to promote the economic development.However,due to the critical threshold problem of developing creative industries,the problem that developing creative industries in the relatively developed cities urgently needs to be solved while we are speeding up the development of creative industries in the first-level developed cities.Therefore,probing into the feasibility and pattern of developing creative industries in Huizhou City will be of great theoretical value and realistic significance to promote the city's economic development.Based on the former research,traditional economic theories,and theories of institutional economics and industrial economics,combined with Porter's diamond Model and Florida's theory of 3T as well,this paper created a framework that analyzing the feasibility of developing the city's creative industries and divided into five parts: developing opportunities,core elements,fundamental elements,environmental elements and other comprehensive elements.Furthermore,an empirical analysis is made on the conditions of developing creative industries in Huizhou City,and a conclusion is reached:Huizhou City has the advantages to develop different branches of creative industries.Moreover,this paper brings forward that such two important branches as software and information service industry supported by the advantageous electronic information industry as well as the eco-tourism industry should be attached great importance to in Huizhou City.Last but not least,based on the successful practice of developing creative industries both at home and abroad,this paper advices the way to develop the creative industries in huizhou.and the government should intensify consciousness,build up system of creative industries,increase human capital accumulation,strengthen infrastructure construction,and improve service platform.
