Research On The Mode Of Trust Financing Used By Infrastructure Construction Project

Infrastructure plays an important role in countries' economic development. In the future for a considerably long period of time, there will be a great demand for infrastructure construction in China. However, at present, the financing channel is single and the investment for infrastructure construction is insufficient in China. Trust financing have some advantages which other financial instruments haven't. Trust financing have some advantages which other financial instruments haven't. It will play an important role in resolving the problem of lack of infrastructure construction funds, and guide private capital to invest in infrastructure construction. Using trust financing will be of great significance in widening the financing channels and build a more diversified investing and financing mechanism. It can be anticipated that the Trust finance will boom in the area of infrastructure construction in China.In chapter 1, the present situation of infrastructure construction in China is introduced; the problem of investing and financing in infrastructure construction in China is pointed out, the existing conditions and the significance of that developing trust financing to be the important financing channel of infrastructure construction are researched. In chapter 2, the basic theory and the characteristic and the fund resources of trust financing are showed. In chapter 3, the operation modes of trust financing are researched, and based on these, the four actual cases are analyzed, which show that how to use trust financing to meet the funding gap of infrastructure construction project. At last chapter, the present drawbacks are researched that infrastructure construction use trust financing, and some suggestions are given.
