Reaserch On The Fare System Of Public Traffic

Public Transport Priority as the most important disposition and decision in china points out the direction to do a good job under the new situation of urban public transport.Urban public transport as an important urban infrastructure and a quasi-public goods is an overall, basic service industries which directly related to the city as a whole function,improve the quality of public life and the sustainable development of cities.The Policy development, factors affecting stability and service levels of the public transport fares system is of great significance to urban development.Based on research results of public transport level of services at home and abroad,this paper qualitatively evaluates the level of service of the fare system from "passenger satisfaction".Based on the evaluation indicators, China's public transport fares to the level of service system is divided into five grades.As China's urban development level differences the cities should be established an appropriate level of service based on the actual situation in fare system.On the combination of domestic and international civil aviation, railway system of fares system,this article introducts the basic theory of differential pricing from the economics perspective view.The theory of differential pricing is used in the public transport fares policy,this article establishes the methods and results of the market breakdown and the specific measures of bus fares control.Then, a model of fares system is established.Finally,I Categorily analysis the affecting factors of the bus fare system stability and make forward principles and methods of adjustment.Theory of differential pricing for public transport fares system is still in the initial stage of research. In the mathematical theory of differential pricing model, the service level of quantitative research, market segmentation passengers in the relevance of the issue are still vast areas of space.
