The Rearsh Of Risk Management Of Software Outsourcing Based On Electronic Business

Electronic business which based on internet technology changes the relationship between customer and client and stimulates the development of globalization. At the same time, time difference, culture difference, and geography difference block the development of Chinese software outsourcing. Now, owing to maturity of information technology, dreams come true. We can do the business based on internet.However, the business is not good as we hope, because software is not the same as traditional product. There are not any public accepeted standards for software. Furthermore, because lack theory research and application under the new business environment, all stakeholders shall undertake big venture.This journal intends to do the risk management research of software outsourcing which based on electronic business. I investigate the total risk management issues in software outsourcing through literature review, empirical analysis and mathematic model.First of all, I analyse all stakeholders of outsourcing project, set up risk management model, standardize all processes, and build a life cycle based framework for software outsourcing which is composed of eight phases including outsourcing preparation, outsourcee selection, software planning, demand analysis, design, coding and debugging, testing and acceptance, project conclusion.I build a three dimensional software outsourcing risk management structure, and propose milestone audit, IDEF0 based modular control model and third party monitor model.Second, I explain how to use and guarantee the structural modle, including risk identification, risk evaluation, risk treatment.Third, I identify and sort risks using Delphi methods, build software outsourcing integrated evaluation system using ISM methods,and provid effective support for analyzing multivariable, complex and unclear risk relationship.
