| The safety of genetic transformed food is seriously related to human life and health.The study of it would necessarily promote the advancement of food production technology and that of human health and life.What should we do for the construction of safety evaluation system? It is urgent and important academic task.This essay has three essential parts.The first chapter defined what's genetic transformed food and described several legal characteristics.The second chapter has introduced and commented on the legal systems and major judicial practices of such countries as USA Japan and EU,and some deep evluations have been made of them.The third chapter has summed up the current legal systems of genetic transformed food,pointing out their defects and proposing reasonable ways of improving our relevant legislations.At last this essay pointed out that genetic transforming technology is hi-tech one,which is risky and uncertain.And it may bring us benefits and also give rise to disasters.We should make specialized GT Food Safety Promotion Act,whose principles and detailed regulations shall be established scientifically. |
