System Analysis And Design Of Comprehensive Budget Management System In MTO Enterprises

Mode of Make-to-order(MTO) meet customer's individual requirements,in a buyer's market economy has developed rapidly,more and more companies start using the modes of production orders.MTO to sales out the production of enterprises,order is a great impact on production.So it is necessary to order the comprehensive budget management to MTO enterprises to support their production activities.This article is divided into six chapters,can be divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part.This part analyzes the purpose and significance of the topics, summarizes from the literature of today's comprehensive budget management for domestic and foreign research methods,research findings,etc,to bring up the research methods proposed and research ideas in this article.The second part includes the second and third chapters,which is the theoretical groundwork of this paper,to explain the MTO and comprehensive budget management theory.This part compares the three main production modes and explains the advantage and disadvantage of MTO mode.The third part is the core of this article,including Chapters Four and Five. Chapter Four starts from the meaning of comprehensive budget management in MTO enterprises,analyzes the model,methods,organizational structure,architecture and then advance the goal of the system.Chapter Five is the system design and implementation part.Section One describes the design environment of comprehensive budget management in the MTO enterprises.Section Two is the interface design part of comprehensive budget management system.Section Three explains what the sub-modules should contain of.Section Four is the implementation section.Part Four is a summary of proposed conclusions of this article,as well as insufficient research and the issues ahead in this article.
