The Regional Comparative Study On The Effects Of Technological Innovation Patterns On Employment Elasticity

In this article,the effects of technological innovation patterns on employment elasticity are an entry point,and technological innovation pattern is combinations of elements under the different conditions.This article defines the three elements of technological innovation,which are power of innovation,innovators,technology selection,and then analyses the relationship between each element of technological innovation pattern and employment elasticity,putting forward six assumptions,setting up a theoretical model.According to theoretical models,this article selects the corresponding statistical indicators to interpret the elements of technological innovation pattern and the employment elasticity,and in the eastern,central and western regions chooses Zhejiang,Hubei,Shaanxi provinces as representative sample.Through SPSS16.0 to do principal component analysis,regression analysis and regression testing, it gets the relationship between the elements of technological innovation pattern and employment elasticity,as well as the relationship between technological innovation pattern and employment elasticity,and tests the proposed assumption.And according to the factor scores regional technical innovation patterns are divided into "innovative power","entrepreneur-oriented" and "technology-based selection" pattern.Combination of specific historical conditions,discussed the results of hypothesis testing,it draws the conclusions:(1)regional differences in technological innovation patterns lead to different changes in employment elasticity;(2)the promotion of the patented invention is obviously insufficient,but the market demand drives employment elasticity to improve;(3)state-owned enterprises at the role of employment promotion is weakened,but non-state-owned enterprises role at gradually highlights; (4)the impact of increasing labor cost on employment elasticity is not obvious,and the level of industrialization has become an important factor for technological innovation pattern.Therefore with the goal to promote the effects of the various elements of technological innovation patterns on employment elasticity,making technological innovation patterns pull continuously employment elasticity to increase,from a macro and micro level it draws corresponding recommendations:(1) the macro level:â‘ create a good environment for technical innovation,set up three-dimensional technology innovation service system;â‘¡combined with a specific period optimize the structure of state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprise;â‘¢study the development experience in eastern each other,and establish sound market-oriented employment mechanism;â‘£conform to the trend of industrialization,draft the industrial policies of coordinated development.(2)micro-level:â‘ strengthen the joint of enterprises and enterprises as well as school and enterprises,and establish a sound production mechanism;â‘¡make intellectual property rights as the starting point of technological innovation;â‘¢cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit,commitment to responsibility for the employment.In this paper,the main innovation lies in:(1)Redefine the elements of technological innovation patterns to make the patterns operational.(2)Summed up technological innovation patterns of the three reprehensive provinces and analyze the impact of differences in the role of technological innovation patterns under the conditions on employment elasticity.(3)Make clear the mechanism of the elements of technological innovation patterns on the employment elasticity,and sum up the problems of the impact of the course of technological innovation patterns on employment elasticity.
