The Cross-Border A&M that is just often happened in Europen and American corporations is now used by more and more Chinese people. The Cross-Border A&M is now more and more popular in Chinese enterprises. The some of excellent become the leading actor in A&M.But, the result of A&M is not so good by analysis. During the period of A&M, many problems have come up and also because of particularity of Chinese culture,few experience of success A&M and whether the experience can get or not. So, the ratio of successful percentage on A&M is low that is especially happened in the time of post-merger Integration and the performance of Integration is so low that it is not only no good but also had a bad effect for the enterprises itself. The paper has mainly focused on the study of Integration management for the time after A&M and through this study, I hope to reach the goal that is how to improve the mode and performance of the integration management which is already existed.Firstly, the paper has studied the general situation,existed problems and trend of the Cross-Border A&M for recently several ten years on Chinese enterprises. Then, based on the study of people ahead, the paper put forward the Integration management mode of modularity and point out the enterprises may get a better result on A&M if they choose this way that is to divide Integration into three modular parts: management concepts,management organization and management technology. As a result, both can reach a highly completely systemlized standard through culture integration. Finally, the paper supplies two evaluation measures, one in a qualitative way and the other in a more quantitative way. To prove the performance, two cases have been studied by using DEA model and Six Sigma. At last, the paper concludes some experiences and hope to be helpful for our Chinese enterprises to have good behaviour in A&M when they go abroad.
