Over the past two years, the financial questions brought about by continued economic turmoil impact on our life, and those problems brought a new peak of the Finance reform and innovation. Finance reform and innovation brought an great impact on Accounting. As the accounting is close contact with the economic and finance, the accounting must keep up with the times and achieve the development of accounting. The economic development and finance development give fierce challenge for the accounting development.Standard method was used in the writing of this article. By the comprehension and analysis of theoretic system between accounting and finance, on the basis of comparison, try the application of finance theory and method into accounting, because of the development of finance theory construction, more attention should be paid about method coupling and practice of accounting in the future. The comparison between accounting and finance is to transplant or use the finance theory and method into accounting to change the accounting theory and method in a way. The comparison is not the use of exact content or transplant the atom and molecule into accounting, but the basis of them- theory and method.This article consists of five parts, and contents of every part are as follow. Chapter I Introduction expatiates on the purpose of this article, the significance of the comparison and the methods.Chapter II focused on the problem that can they compare or not. The comparison is basis on two ways. By the discussion of the character and the application of accounting and finance, we dismiss the doubt and continue the research.Chapter III focused on the comparison the theory of accounting and finance. Analyze theoretic system of the accounting and finance as well as the finance theory application into accounting.The forth part is the paradigm comparison of accounting and finance, Analyze the paradigm of the accounting and finance as well as the finance paradigm application into accounting.The fifths part is the method comparison of finance and accounting, the most important thing of comparison between different studies is the revelation of method. Because of the differences between disciplines, as well as special history of financial methods, we didn`t transplant financial method into accounting.
