In the existing economic researches, much literature indicates that too much of the income gap problem will lead to the turbulence in the social order, and increase the violence, then influence the investment and welfare degree. In fact, too great income inequality in China has resulted in too many social problems. It not only has been a problem of benefit-distribute, but also a problem whether the economics and the society can develop continuously and healthily. So in nowadays, to study the income inequality in rural household, and then to suggest how to reduce it are very important. Henan province not only has the important station in our country's agriculture, but also has been the model in the Middle Part in China. Based on the date of county-fixed-observe-dot in Henan Province which involves 16 villages in 9 years, this article will analyze the income inequality in the interior and the exterior villages by measuring the Gini coefficient, GE index, and the Shapley Value. Through these studies, we wish to be able to clarify the trends of the income gap in central agricultural region between farmers. This study composed mainly of seven chapters.Chapter 1 is preface. First it introduces the background and the significance of the topics; and then raises the issue of the summary; next gives the content and the framework; and gives an account of the study area, data and research methods and the possibility of innovation.Chapter II is the Part of the theoretical analysis. Starting from the concept, it recalls the theory of income distribution first; on this basis it builds a theoretical framework and research ideas. From the beginning of the Chapter III, the article goes into the econometric analysis. It analyzes the overall situation of the income gap between fanners.Chapter IV analyzes the income gap within the villages. Through estimation and decomposition the various villages in the Gini coefficient for each year, and regression analysis of the Gini coefficient with the breakdown of income, it study detail the state of the income gap between farmers within the various villages, and how the various breakdown income effects of the income gap within villages.Chapter V analyzes the income gaps between villages and theirs' changes. It mostly measures the Gini coefficient, and uses the Shapley value method to decompose the Gini coefficient changes of the inter-village, wished to find the causes of the income gap and its change.Chapter VI uses the GE index to analysis the position in the overall income gap of inter-village and within villageChapter VII gives the conclusions of this study and research shortcomings and the next step in the direction of the research.Through the above-mentioned study, the following gives the main conclusions of this article:First, in the central agricultural region, the major impacts of the income gap between farmers are the working elements and elements of entrepreneurship; The growth of Entrepreneurs income and capital income will increase the income gap, the growth of labor income and metastatic income promote to narrow the income gap.Secondly, in the analysis of income gaps between villages, entrepreneurs income's centrality changes particularly intense; The growth of capital income will lead to increase the inter-village income gap, and the growth of labor income, metastatic income and other income will lead to narrow the income gap.The change of the income gaps between villages at the first stage is an upward trend largely, and at the second stage is an downward trend; entrepreneurs income 's proportion and centrality play a decisive role in the both stages.Third, the contribution of the income gap within villages is higher than the contribution of the income gap between villages.
