Research On GIS-Based Town Level Land-Use Evaluation System

Land use is a natural on the basis of a direct reflection of human activities. The land-use assessment is coherent with the evaluation of human activities. China's land use structure optimization is far from level.Meanwhile,urban and rural land use is insufficient.There are not only a lot of Land evaluations,but also a variety of evaluation model.It mainly includes the economic evaluation of land use,quality evaluation,suitability assessment,the sustainable use of evaluation.With the computer technology,geographic information systems(GIS) applications continuous development,GIS has played an important role in the field of Survey and Mapping,planning,electricity and roads and so on.The advanced computer technology is used into the evaluation of land use,gradually becoming a new means of evaluation.For evaluation of the characteristics of land use, combining with GIS-based assessment of the quantitative method,GIS can be used into land-use evaluation.However,the GIS software for land-use evaluation is extremely rare;it can not completely meet the requirements of land-use evaluation. The current popular component-based development method for GIS provides a good tool to solve this problem.Therefore,this study accomplishes the rural land-use evaluation system by the GIS-based software tool.MapGIS is a tool-based GIS of the secondary development of the capacity.The secondary development interface for the definition of a group model is the function set.It integrates many land-use evaluation models by the VB,the theory of MapGIS secondary development,technical methods and MapGIS6.5SDK.It improves the efficiency and accuracy of Land-use evaluation.This article main research content is as follows:(1)Reviewed and summed up the evaluation of land-use research and evaluation methods.Firstly,it summarizes the major type of land-use evaluation. Evaluation of land use to land use in accordance with the quality evaluation, economic evaluation,suitability assessment and sustainable use of the evaluation are summarized.The paper focuses on a variety of land-use evaluation index system and evaluation method to determine the weight factor.(2)Summarized and analyzed the type of geographic information systems and a variety of different types of development methods.It introduces the secondary development of geographic information systems technology related and especially discusses the secondary development of geographic information systems and geographic information systems component of the development methodology.(3)Based on above discussions,the paper introduces the VB development tool. Meanwhile,it sums up and explores the theory of VB on the secondary development of MapGIS.Lastly,it accomplishes the village land-use evaluation information system by the virtue of methods of components of development and the development library,combining with the characteristics of land use evaluation.(4)Through the data processing,the weight calculation and comprehensive evaluation,the paper verifies that the development system is effectiveness and practicality.This paper sums up the type of land-use evaluation and the general steps and methods of land-use evaluation.At the same time,it summarizes and explores the theory of the use of VB and MapGIS components to development system.The above summary has certain significance on the land use evaluation and the work of secondary development.Finally,the development of land-use evaluation system facilitates the work of rural land-use evaluation.Keywords:Land-use evaluation,Geography information system,Secondary programming...
