Evaluation On Suitability Of Agriculture Sightseeing Parks In Linyi

From 1980s,last century,agriculture sightseeing park launched to spring up in China. Agriculture sightseeing park refers to developing tourism by extensively making use of village space,agriculture nature resources and village humanities resources and extending the functions of agriculture and rural tourism to meet different demands of visitors.The appearance of agriculture sightseeing parks brought new orientation to the rural economics, but we are confronted with many problems such as agricultural ecological destruction and irrational resource allocation,et al.Currently,researches on suitability of agriculture sightseeing park are still rare.Lack of quantitative methods and theories basis,most of the researches which are poor in maneuverability focus on descriptive and qualitative analysis. Therefore,study on suitability of agriculture sightseeing parks has great significance in both theory and practice.The paper starts with traditional location theory,adopts modern space evaluation techniques,builds site-selecting evaluation system for agriculture sightseeing park with the help of multiple factors analysis and proposes Theoretical Structure conception of agriculture sightseeing park's planning and layout.As a rapid-developing city,Linyi's agriculture sightseeing park's construction is rather lagging.So it has great potential to develop agriculture sightseeing parks.The paper evaluates suitability of sightseeing parks in Linyi with multiple factors analysis and GIS,which is helpful to rational planning and scientific site-selecting of agriculture sightseeing park.This study is divided into five parts in terms of content:In the first part,the paper simply describes the aim and significance and study situation and summarizes location features of sightseeing parks.In The second part,the paper describes agricultural general situation from tradition, nature and social economic and analyzes the development and the site-selecting features of agriculture sightseeing parks in Linyi.In the third part,the paper elaborates site-selecting theoretical basis of agriculture sightseeing parks,including agriculture niche theories,tour psychology,tour niche theory, tourism sustainable development theory,regional differentiation regularity theory, Landscape Science theory et al and proposed site-selecting methods for sightseeing parks in Linyi and combined evaluation methods based on multi-factors.In the fourth part,the paper select the suitable location for the two types of agriculture sightseeing parks in Linyi City and then carries on a test with the conclusion that the location selected conforms to reality in Linyi.In the fifth part,on the basis of evaluation the paper proposed planning and distribution scheme for agriculture sightseeing parks in Linyi.And the scheme can be a reference to the adjustment of land-use planning.
