Sportswear exporting as an important branch of sports exporting, plays an important role. With the integration process in the world economy and China's sports industry's rapid development, as well as the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games success, China's sportswear exporting enterprises will usher in a more open, free of the external environment, in the international trade market faced more many opportunities and challenges.On the one hand, China's sports apparel exports will enter a more broad space for development, ushered in more opportunities for development; On the other hand, accompanied by the development of China's sports apparel exports further expanded to the United States, European Union, Japan, led by developed countries will also set up trade barriers, particularly in a variety of numerous non-tariff barriers as the main content, to restrict our products into the country market. In addition, a new round of worldwide financial crisis broke out, the rise of trade protectionism, China's sports apparel exports will face greater difficulties. At the same time, China's sports apparel export enterprises will face greater challenges.In this paper, the use of literature, expert interviews, logical analysis, case analysis, on today's world economy and trade environment as the background, through the Sports garment enterprises of China's export situation analysis study to the current apparel exports of China's sports trading basic ways for the two main export trade, summarized in different ways under the main non-tariff barriers encountered, combined with case analysis, the response measures. The following conclusions and put forward the corresponding recommendations:1. Sportswear exporting of China's main approach to the processing trade mainly a relatively small proportion of general trade.2. Sportswear exporting of China's major non-tariff barriers faced by technical barriers to trade, green trade barriers, anti-dumping barriers, social barriers, as well as the financial crisis, the situation in the United States under the "Buy American" measures, and the processing trade will be more subjected to the original Rules of origin restrictions.3. Non-tariff barriers on China's Sportswear exporting major impact on the performance standards in terms of market access of trade is limited; so that increased production costs for our products, the market less competitive4. Circumvent non-tariff measures and proposals: the adoption of international standards and certification system; Sports Apparel Products Optimize the structure of exports, as well as the export market structure; the implementation of brand strategy; to speed up China's sports apparel transformation and upgrading of export products; to speed up the cultivation of specialized personnel; enterprise in the clothing Designed to focus on visual novelty and a sense of material should be selected simultaneously updated on the human body, a lower degree of damage more environmentally-friendly materials.
