With the times progress, have arrived at 21 centuries' today, sports fever has gone over year by year since China joins WTO and the bid for Olympic Games success, has cultivated the sports body-building marketplace further. The development of body-building estate has drive body-building equipment market swiftness and violence to develop. A lot of abroad sports body-building equipment enterprise enters the Chinese market in virtue of the chance inviting bussiness support Olympic Games, seeks an agent in China.Development of Euramerican body-building equipment is in more advanced level to the whole world, so the investigation and study to the Chinese agency offamous Euramerican body-building equipment has practical or immediate significance.The study choose some agencies of famous Euramerican body-buillding equipment which are representative in China. There is no enough polices and laws for the market. Advanced service concepts are also absent. 7) The famous Euramerican companies producing body building equipments put enough money, advanced technologies, perfect management and plenty of mmethods for saling into Chinese marcket, change the market status and make it improve.Some suggestion: 1) Set up supervise system for the Chinese agency of famous Euramerican body building equipments, make the supervision more clear. Set up a right, scientific and perfect mechanism for supervising and management. Creat a better enviroment in systems and policies acticely, which can make the companies compete fairly. Promotion of rule of law and trade supervision should be enhanced. The body-building equipment market should be more normative. 2) Enhance the service concept of the Chinese agencies. Improve the level of service continuously. 3) The famous companies producing Euramerican body building equipment come to china bringing with abundant fund, advanced technologies, perfect management and plentiful methods for saling. It injects new blood to the Chinese market. It is a chance for China. China should use the advanced technologies, Administration pattern diversifying and saling methods for reference. It will promote the progress of the Chinese body building equipment market and bring the Chinese body building equipment to the whole world.
