The stock option compensation plans is an option to the executives that they can buy the company's stock as an given price,and they have no obligation.They have been applied to inspirit the executives to work hard by some corporations during the western countries in the recent years.This paper analyzes the stock option plans in principal-agent literature,and also introduces some knowledge about the stock option plan,then we ameliorate the stock option model.In the end,we analyzes the possible difficulty when the mechanism is utilized in the enterprices in China.And we hope they can be implemented more widely. |
