Electricity charge is the ptimary income of power supply enterprises.Its accuracy directly affects the fairness and justice of trade activity.Fail to control the precision of electricity charge will not only waste a lot of manpower and material resources on the work of explanation and correction but also lead to lower customer satisfaction degree and poor company social reputation.Thus,well controlled electricity charge error rate will bring large economic and social benefits.Six Sigma Management is an effective tool to improve the quality of service.Through improving the running quality of the enterprise kernel,enterprises could obtain high competitive competency.Since marketing is the core business of enterprises,in this paper,we introduce Six Sigma Management into ordinary management of power supply enterprises.Adopt DMAIC Flow to analyze electricity charge error.Propose the improvements and build the error control system.Experimental results show that our method efficiently and effectively reduces the electricity charge error rate.Meanwhile,it is also a good fulfillment to combine modern advanced management with power supply enterprise practice.
