Studies On The Key Competitiveness Of Agricultural Leading Enterprises In Hunan Province

As a key strength of new rural construction, agricultural leading enterprises' development have decided the effect of new rural construction in big degree. The investigation shows that there is a lot of problems in agricultural leading enterprises of Hunan province, one of the more serious problems is short of marketplace competition, and the most serious problem is short of core competition. Therefore, through studing the core competition of agricultural leading enterprises of Hunan province, the thesis try to alter the status quo of the lack of core competition of Hunan province agricultural leading enterprises, to accelerat the development of leading enterprises, to improve the income of peasants, to accelerate the step of new rural's construction, to releave the pressure of "the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers" on certain degree.On the basis of present situation of research findings of core competition at home and abroad and agricultural leading enterprises' core competition, this thesis introduced the connotation of agricultural leading enterprises and the present situation of agricultural leading enterprises of Hunan province. According to the analyzing of the data of three national grade agricultural leading enterprises of Hunan province, the thesis think that there are problems exist in it's core competition, such as the development of system is faulty, the capital for it's development is short, the innovation ability is not enough, it's not enough scale, it can not drive enough peasants to coporate with leading enterprises, the supply base of stuff in the raw is instable, and so on. In order to solve all these problems, the thesis has brought forward corresponding countermeasure, such as reinforce enterprises' ability of formulating essential rules, advance leading enterprises' financial ability, strengthen leading enterprises' ability to innovate.
