In this case, it is necessary and pressing to study conflict problems in project. S company is a wine enterprise which has 50 years history, which has remained outstanding achievement at recent years. In order to protect environment and control the environmental pollution, S company carried out 'the project of waste water abatement' , in which there were a few of project conflict problems. In this article, conflict problems in waste water abatement project is the study object. The theories of Project and Conflict, the methods of case analysis, comparison analysis and investigation analysis are used to analyze S company's conflict problems in waste water abatement project. The paper offers holistic design and material measures in order to resolve these conflict problems and improve the level of profits and PM.Based on reviewing the theories and studies of the conflicts and PM conflicts at home and abroad, defining the basic concepts of the study and investigating the status quo of the conflict problems in waste water abatement projects, it chiefly analyses some factors which influence the conflict problems deeply, including source analysis and cause analysis. It analyses six sources of the conflict problems, such as schedule, cost, HR, managing process, priority and personal conflicts, as well as four reasons, such as profit, source's scarcity, communication disorders and undefined responsibilities. Then the paper puts forward the design of the resolution of the conflict problems in this project. It uses some basic tactics to offer some material measures about the project conflicts, the principles and indemnifications of the design of the waste water abatement project and its estimate. At last the paper draws a brief conclusion, and gives us the limitation of the study and some advices for reference at the same time.
