An Analysis On The Mechanism Of Synergy Development Of Kuytun, Usu And Dushanzi Economic Area In The Northern Piedmont Of The Tianshan Mountain

Kuytun,Usu and Dushanzi Economic Area is relatively independent economic zone in the Northern Tianshan Economic Belt. As a result of unique conditions of resource endowment and traffic position, Kuytun,Usu and Dushanzi can complement each other and have the tendency of synergy development.But Kuytun, Usu and Dushanzi Economic Area is been divided by administrative regionalization, it caused the economic development's artificial separate, the resources' waste, economical disorderly competition and the formation of the place protection.This article from Kuytun,Usu and Dushanzi's actual situation, through literature search and field research, analysed the development background, development present situation and development restriction factors of this area. On this basis, this article through system analysis method and qualitative and quantitative combination method, calculated the degree of regional coordination,and researched the mechanism of synergy development of Kuytun,Usu and Dushanzi Economic Area and the way to achieve synergy development. Finally, this article proposed preliminary conception of coordinated conformity and prospected for future development.This article downplayed the role of administrative divisions, downplayed the impact of regional economic, strengthened the concept of the urban economy. This article researcheed the mechanism of synergy development of Kuytun,Usu and Dushanzi Economic Area at the basis of voluntarily unite among the main benefits. Through analysing the main subsystem, supported subsystems and power subsystem of synergy development of Kuytun,Usu and Dushanzi Economic Area, this article proposed the mechanism of synergy development of this area and the way to achieve synergy development from the urbanization of the population, the coordinated use of resources, the coordinated protect of ecological environment, the coordinated development of industry and the coordination of regional policy .This article think Kuytun,Usu and Dushanzi can take the industrial cooperation as a breakthrough point,take the urban function division and spatial distribution as the end-result,take the coordinated use of resources as the support system,take infrastructure integration and ecosystem sustainable development of whole area as the security system, through adjusting of administrative divisions,to realize the Synergy Development of Kuytun,Usu and Dushanzi Economic Area.
