The Study Of The Financial Management For Beijing Urban Construction Concrete Corporation

In recent years, with the further development of China's market economy, China's SMEs have become an important part of the national economy. SMEs play an major role in activating market, meeting the various needs of society, absorbing laborer, developing the new products, increasing financial income and exports. The healthy and sustainable development of SMEs plays an important role to the national economy. The situation of SMEs in China is not optimistic. Over the past five years, about 70% of the SMEs were eliminated, and about 30% are in the red. A considerable part of which is due to the weak financial management, mainly reflected in outdated concepts and low level of financial management, narrow fund-raising channels, high cost of funds and serious shortage of funds, lacking of operating mechanism and control over the distribution of proceeds and so on. Financial management level determines the production scale and market competitiveness, so those financial management problems have become a bottleneck, which restricts the development of SMEs. Therefore, the study of current China's SMEs financial management problems has an important practical significance.This paper is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction, presenting this paper's research background, significance and methods. The second part is the survey of the financial management problems of China's SMEs.
